WHAT WE DO
Automated process control system (APCS) is a complex product that combines the technological process, technical means of collecting, processing, and converting information, software, algorithmic, mathematical support, and operational personnel.
APCS allows:
Monitor the parameters of technological processes and condition of equipment
Perform visual monitoring and remote control of technological equipment
Archive parameters of the technological and actions of the operating personnel
Centrally manage the technological process, tracking changes in tasks by operational personnel on local automated systems
Perform automatic control of technological processes taking into account the grade of the processed ore
Keep records of energy consumption, materials consumed, and the efficiency of technological equipment use
Quickly evaluate the current performance of shifts
Generate periodic reports on technical and economic indicators of the plant

The use of the APCS in the extraction can increase efficiency and facilitate process chain management at each stage. All the process parameters can be programmed in this control system by the operator which facilitates the monitoring process and reduces the risk of human error.
Automated process control system are actively used in the transportation of resources and products, providing proper control in real time. A complex of sensors, combined into a single monitoring system, allows the operator to control various characteristics of resources during transportation: temperature, pressure, flow rate, concentration, etc.
The technology impacts the unit operations by streamlining work processes and providing greater access to key process parameters and data of the refinery. Hence a higher level of operator performance helps meet the increasing demand of refinery’s products.

The production complex is located in the Desbas Free Economic Zone, which has a developed logistics and trade infrastructure, and is located at the crossroads of trade routes.
The zone also enjoys significant tax and export/import incentives to increase the availability of our products while maintaining consistent quality standards.
Our company has the necessary modern equipment and high-class expertise, provided by more than 30 high-class specialists with extensive experience in the supply of ready-made systems.
We have plans to actively expand our production capacity in response to strong demand for digital monitoring systems for industrial production processes.

Production base

On the basis of SEAL a production base has been created that allows manufacture various electronic devices for industrial automation systems production meeting modern requirements. SEAL produces key components for process control systems: PCBA, controllers, microcircuits, and other needed equipment.
Assembling

The components are assembled at specialized factory equipped with modern equipment. Mounting cabinets and racks are assembled, devices are installed, cables are manufactured and connected. After the assembly is completed, the equipment undergoes quality control.
Setting up

There is a check of communication channels, sensor responses, the correctness of signal output and information display.
Maintenance & Repair

In addition to the supply of APCS components, SEAL is engaged in maintenance and repair, providing a closed supply cycle with APCS.
